This delightful offering is renewed yearly with fresh surprises in store, with two packages highlighting historical insights and immersive dining amongst the florals.
The Tulip Tableaux package offers an immersive experience of the captivating history of the flower bulb and its profound influence on Dutch society. The cultural venture begins with a ride from the hotel’s historic location in a luxurious limousine to the Tulip Museum, where a guided tour of the garden from a professional grower will take place. Afterward, guests will head to the hotel’s signature restaurant, Grand Café Krasnapolsky, for an elegant two-course meal overlooking Dam Square. A lunch option is also available for those who would like to indulge before visiting the museum.
For a more romantic venture, couples can opt for the Tulip Treasures package, featuring an enchanting private experience designed for two. This bundle includes the luxurious limousine transfer, charming tours of the Tulip Museum, and a lavish picnic orchestrated by an Anantara butler amidst a private tulip field. The culinary experience will feature Dutch delicacies, like the Old Dutch cheese sandwich with nutty Beemster and homemade apple syrup; light lobster salad with artichoke, grapefruit, tomato, and asparagus; Dutch caviar with blini and crème fraîche; and a tulip-inspired dessert made with delicate layers of pear, elderberry, yogurt, and spiced Speculaas biscuits.
Moreover, this spring, Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam will showcase the culmination of a collaboration with local tulip growers to create a distinctive variety of bulbs.
“Last year, we partnered with Tulip Experience Amsterdam to develop the Anantara Tulip, a distinctive variety that embodies the brand’s spirit with its signature sunshine gold hue.
