Slated to make its grand debut in 2028, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is set to commence construction in the United Arab Emirates. This architectural marvel will stand tall as the world’s highest residential tower and redefine healthy living in the emirate with wellness-centric amenities and infrastructure.
Part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ extensive collection of luxury and lifestyle brands, Six Senses, in partnership with Select Group, a notable real estate developer headquartered in Dubai, has forged an agreement to introduce Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. The new residential tower will be the second community the duo have collaborated on after the success of Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, and Six Senses Place, the first wellness social club in the United Arab Emirates.

Distinguished by its proactive approach to redefining healthy living, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina integrates wellness-focused and community-enhancing elements into the design of the 122-story tower. This striking building, set to be the tallest around the globe, will feature 251 residences, consisting of two to four-bedroom homes, a four-bedroom half-floor penthouse, four-bedroom duplex sky mansions, and five-bedroom triplex sky mansions. Each of these spaces will be engineered for sustainability and well-being, with the goal of receiving a LEED Silver certification for its eco-friendly approach. These aspects include a biophillic design with feng shui elements and bespoke personal touches, including a wellness wardrobe, home fitness equipment, biohacking materials, and mood-enhancing sensory art.
At the heart of the tower is a comprehensive suite of amenities spanning an impressive 61,250 sq.ft, across four levels. These include a longevity center equipped with high-tech science and diagnostics, a state-of-the-art gym, cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, spa facilities featuring a crystal sound healing room, hydrotherapy, and a juice bar. The highlight of these luxe amenities is a 25-meter lap pool located on the Skydeck, and a rooftop lounge on the 109th floor offering residents a breathtaking view of the city.
