The new menu features such delectable dishes as Crab Royal d’Alaska, with King Crab Turnip Ravioli, Mandarins, Pomegranate and Honey Vinaigrette; Le Lieu Jaune with Pollock Fillet, Chickpeas, Couscous, Cilantro Pesto and Carrot Sauce; and the Mont Blanc with Hazelnut Biscuits, Chestnut Cream, Whiskey, Blueberries, and Meringue.
