In a monumental collaboration, visionary Dezer Development and luxury car brand Bentley Motors have officially broken ground on Bentley Residences Miami, heralded as the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower. Scheduled for completion by 2027, the tower epitomizes sophistication, offering resort-style amenities, bespoke hospitality, and a gastronomic journey curated by Chef Todd English.

This 62-story marvel radiates sophistication synonymous with the Bentley brand, housing 216 sanctuaries designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. Each private enclave is a testament to lavish living, featuring expansive outdoor spaces and state-of-the-art interiors.
Bentley Residences Miami embraces indoor-outdoor living, where each home will boast expansive outdoor spaces offering uninterrupted vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Each balcony is a private oasis, complete with a heated swimming pool, summer kitchen, and a spacious living area engineered to withstand gusty winds.
