1. Overview
These Official Giveaway Rules (“Rules”) apply to all giveaways, sweepstakes, and promotions (each, a “Promotion”) conducted by Luxe Getaways, LLC (“Sponsor”) across its digital platforms, including but not limited to its websites, email newsletters, and social media accounts.
Each Promotion will include specific details such as entry period, prize description, and entry method (the “Promotion Details”), which will be outlined in the applicable post, article, or announcement. By entering any Promotion, participants agree to these Rules and the applicable Promotion Details.
2. Eligibility
Promotions are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Details.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Luxe Getaways, LLC and any participating promotional partners, as well as members of their households, are not eligible to participate.
All Promotions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Promotion Period
The start date, end date, and entry deadlines for each Promotion will be specified in the applicable Promotion Details. All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise stated.
5. How to Enter
Entry methods will vary by Promotion and will be outlined in the applicable Promotion Details. Entry actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Following designated social media accounts
- Liking or engaging with a post
- Commenting and tagging other users
- Submitting information via a form or email
Unless otherwise stated, each eligible action counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries may be permitted where explicitly stated.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or do not comply with these Rules or the Promotion Details may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Prizes
Prize descriptions, quantities, and approximate retail values (“ARV”) will be specified in the applicable Promotion Details.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Substitutions are not permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion
- All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner
- Winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with prize use
- Prizes may be subject to blackout dates, expiration dates, and other restrictions set by the prize provider
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner(s) will be notified via the platform used for entry (e.g., Instagram Direct Message or email) within a reasonable timeframe following the end of the Promotion.
If a selected winner:
- Cannot be contacted
- Fails to respond within 72 hours
- Is found to be ineligible
- Fails to complete required documentation
The prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Publicity Release, and/or a W-9 tax form, as applicable.
8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering a Promotion, participants grant the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and submitted content for editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined in its sole discretion.
The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
11. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Luxe Getaways, LLC, its partners, affiliates, and platforms (including Instagram) from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

13. Governing Law
All Promotions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
