The James Hotels has announced the launch of Four Bodies Wellness – in-room wellness programming, curated exclusively for guests of The James Hotels. In partnership with consultant Ruby Warrington of The Numinous, the in-room guest programming has been designed to help balance all four bodies; Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Emotional, in pursuit of total well-being.

Modern life can take its toll in all these areas, resulting in physical issues, mental and emotional stress, and a sense of disconnection from the spirit, self and each other. In offering a Wellness program that addresses each of the four bodies, this next generation fitness program takes a holistic approach to optimizing health and wellness.

“We know our guests are passionate about integrating wellness regimes into their lifestyle. We want to make it easy for them to feel good and balanced, even when on the road. The Four Bodies Wellness program offers an experience unlike any other hotel, and clearly differentiates The James Hotels from other lifestyle boutique hotels”, stated Carl Cohen, Chief Commercial Officer, Denihan Hospitality.

Across all James Hotels including The James Chicago – Magnificent Mile, The James New York – SoHo, and the newly-opened James New York – NoMad, guests will be able to experience the Four Bodies Wellness program through the following offerings:
