Elizabeth Heath is a US-born writer and editor now living in central Italy. She has degrees in fine art and humanities and completed post-graduate work in anthropology and archaeology. Her first job out of college required her to visit all corners of the US, and the travel bug firmly bit. She has served as editor in chief for several lifestyle magazines in Southwest Florida and taught writing and humanities at the university level.
